ii) VR Merchandise is linked to Velocity Recordings\Abuse Records Ltd. and is the trading name used by the store and record label.

iii) All orders accepted by Velocity Recordings\Abuse Records Ltd. ("the Vendor") are subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall form part of and govern the contract of sale between the vendor and purchaser.
